Job summary

RTL Group Ltd on behalf of a national civil engineering contractor seeks a Supervisor to deliver a bulk earthworks package on-site. You will lead safety procedures, coordinate with the client and subcontractors, and ensure timely material delivery to keep site progress on track.

You should have CSCS Black or Gold, SSSTS/SMSTS, experience in earthworks, IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence to operate across sites.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black or Gold certification required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
• Previous experience managing earthworks projects.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead toolbox talks with crew and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients on site and manage day-to-day site communications.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the bulk earthworks package.
• Order materials and coordinate site logistics to avoid delays.
