Busy Bees Epsom in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and drive education across the centre. This leadership role supports staff, mentors Room Leaders, and ensures the Bee Curious curriculum is delivered consistently.

With Level 3 qualification in early years and strong communication and organisational skills, you will uphold safeguarding standards and build strong relationships with families while leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years is required.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an early years setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting curriculum to meet children's needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, including support for additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and keep them informed of progress.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
