Qualifications

• Be patient, fun, understanding, kind, sensitive and loving to children.
• Check and be aware of individual children's allergies in the room, ensuring they are displayed correctly.
• Provide verbal feedback to parents at the end of the day, showing interest in each child.

Responsibilities

• Work with and support children to provide high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care.
• Work as part of a team to provide an enabling environment for play, learning and development.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents.
• Be a keyworker to a group of children; track learning and development for this group.
• Follow EYFS planning and observe children's progress; maintain learning journeys and records.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures and secure collection of children by known adults.
