Job summary

Busy Bees Enfield is seeking an inspirational Room Leader to join our Ofsted-good nursery. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure the Bee Curious curriculum comes to life daily, delivering exceptional care and learning experiences for children.

You will be responsible for safeguarding, development tracking, and building strong partnerships with families, while maintaining a positive, energetic workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is shared with parents.
• Take on the Key Person role, supporting holistic development and personal care needs.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment remains secure.
