Inspired Education Group is seeking an Early Years Lead Practitioner in London to oversee the quality of early education for nursery children and to deliver the group’s high educational standards. You will promote teaching and learning to ensure children progress toward their full potential and readiness for school.

Formación

• Must hold EYTS or graduate early years qualification.
• Extensive experience with 2–5 year olds.
• Experience leading teams in delivering high quality early education.

Responsabilidades

• To deliver high quality inclusive early education responsive to children and families.
• To lead practice within the classroom.
• To monitor assessment, recording and reporting on progress in children's development and learning.
• To ensure practitioners understand the EYFS and implement it in practice.
• To ensure safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirements are met.
• To conduct termly observations and report findings to the Head.
