Job summary

Nannie Annies Day Care in London is offering an Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 5). The program develops knowledge, skills and behaviours of early years practitioners to be proactive and influential.

You will work in a senior role such as Room Leader, supporting learning environments, supervise staff and contribute to planning and safeguarding while studying the Level 5 apprenticeship over 24 months.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship.
• Senior role development including room leadership responsibilities.
• Apprenticeship combines practical nursery work with formal training.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure smooth nursery operations.
• Support planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities indoors and outdoors.
• Assist in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in line with Ofsted requirements.
• Lead by example and support other staff through training and inductions.
• Reflect on practice and contribute to ongoing improvement in nursery routines.
