Job summary

Secure Environment Projects (Midlands & North) | Building Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large ductwork and ventilation packages on secure environment projects. You will oversee planning, delivery, and quality, ensuring safety compliance and timely completion.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of fire-rated systems and vetting experience, with SMSTS and CSCS (management) preferred. Opportunities for progression within a growing regional operation.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification and site safety background.
• Experience managing ductwork/ventilation projects.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance on secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage ductwork/ventilation packages from planning to completion.
• Lead and coordinate on-site labour contractors.
• Work with design, drawing and manufacturing teams.
