Job summary

Van Elle Limited, via Strata Geotechnics, is seeking a Lead Driller to deliver ground investigation works across the UK. You will lead site operations, supervise Assistant Drillers, and ensure accurate records and timely paperwork while upholding safety and client relations.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling, Rotary and/or Cable Percussion Lead Driller experience, and a full UK driving licence. Travel across the UK and night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling required.
• Experience as Rotary and/or Cable Percussion Lead Driller.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground investigation works safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Supervise and support Assistant Drillers on site.
• Keep accurate records and complete paperwork on time.
• Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues while representing our values.
