Job summary

Van Elle is seeking an experienced Lead Driller to head ground investigation works across UK sites, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering on project specifications.

You will supervise assistants, maintain accurate records, and build strong client relationships. The role requires travel across the UK, flexibility for night/weekend shifts, and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Rotary and/or Cable Percussion Lead Driller.
• NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK; full UK driving licence.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience as a Rotary and or Cable Percussion Lead Driller.
• NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling.
• A safety-focused, professional approach with strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK, work away and undertake night or weekend shifts when required.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK; a full UK-valid driving licence.
