Job summary

Van Elle Limited, via Strata Geotechnics, is seeking a Lead Driller to deliver ground investigation works across the UK. You will lead site operations, supervise Assistant Drillers, and ensure accurate records and timely paperwork while upholding safety and client relations.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling, Rotary and/or Cable Percussion Lead Driller experience, and a full UK driving licence. Travel across the UK and night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling required.
• Experience as Rotary and/or Cable Percussion Lead Driller.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead ground investigation works safely, efficiently and to specification.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience as a Rotary and or Cable Percussion Lead Driller.
• NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling.
• A safety-focused, professional approach with strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK, work away and undertake night or weekend shifts when required.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK; a full UK-valid driving licence.
