Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is looking for an Engineering Authority to join our 3rd line Network Operations Team in the UK. The role involves operationally maintaining DNS and RADIUS infrastructure, leading major incidents, and ensuring high availability and performance for our services.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in operational management in a large ISP, strong DNS/RADIUS knowledge, and proficiency in scripting. This position offers opportunities for career growth and a balanced work-life environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational management experience in a large ISP.
• Strong knowledge of DNS security and caching architectures.
• Deep understanding of RADIUS Authentication, Authorization & Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical incidents and drive service restoration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network improvements.
