Overview

Hollis is recruiting for a Temporary – Lead Digital Transformation Change & Delivery Manager. This role leads the delivery of strategic programmes and oversight of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes through structured governance, user adoption, and business change management. It is responsible for overseeing large-scale system implementations, optimising processes, and embedding a culture of change, innovation and accountability. This role is a senior position reporting directly to the CTO/Innovation Director.

Programme Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop a project management and governance framework.
  • Lead continuous improvement programmes focused on Dynamics 365 or any other strategic implementations as directed by management board, related to core systems, taking an agile approach.
  • Work with innovation, development, testers and wider business to implement ideas generated from our innovation incubator.
  • Manage dependencies across workstreams and ensure coordinated execution.
  • Oversee governance structures, RAID logs, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Collaborate with business units to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Lead transformational initiatives involving restructuring, technology implementation, simplification or cultural change.
  • Align people, processes, and technology to strategic objectives.
Continuous Improvement
  • Work with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimisation across the business supporting the business improvement manager.
  • Lead and take ownership for delivery of initiatives ensuring delivery in accordance with plans and governance.
  • In liaison with the innovation and continuous improvement teams lead improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Champion a culture of learning and iterative development.
Team Leadership
  • Overall leadership of the transformation team.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure cross-team collaboration.
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with organisational values.
  • Lead and drive operational discipline in the team, ensuring adherence to our documented processes, procedures, mandatory training, performance reviews and SLAs.
  • Develop and coach team members.
Change & Innovation
  • Partner with change leads to ensure readiness for new capabilities and releases.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and technology trends.
  • Working with relevant stakeholders implement strategies to address resistance and promote a culture of change.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver tailored adoption plans.
Budget & Vendor Oversight
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure financial accountability related to project budgets.
Project Reporting & Governance
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reporting to project teams and steering groups.
  • Project Terms
  • Monitor KPIs and benefits realisation against baselines.
  • Provide dashboards and insights to stakeholders for decision-making.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in programme delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Able to evidence large transformation change delivery and impact.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, other ERP and related platforms would be beneficial.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural change.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Member or working towards APM (project management qualification).
  • Prince 2 or MSP qualifications beneficial.
