Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking a Lead Digital Trading Analyst to drive business performance with strong commercial and digital data expertise. You will deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across both brands and lead the Digital Analysts team.

You will partner with data teams to identify opportunities, visualise data storytelling, and prioritise trading opportunities to improve performance. Hybrid working with two in-office days is available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead key deliverables from the Trading Insight Pod and engage with stakeholders to understand trading priorities.
• Collaborate with data teams to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Guide and develop datasets to deepen understanding of user behaviour and evaluate past performance.
• Lead a team of Digital Analysts, supporting and developing individuals.

As our new Lead Digital Trading Analyst, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our performance goals. You'll bring commercial acumen along with a strong understanding of Digital data and a track record of providing , interpreting the results and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll be responsible for delivering analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions across both the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays brands.

What you'll be doing:

• You’ll lead key deliverables from the Trading Insight Pod, engaging with stakeholders to understand trading priorities and drive cross team collaboration to deliver actionable insights.
• You’ll work with the relevant data teams (Customer data, Revenue & Data Science amongst others) to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• You’ll guide and develop the use of different datasets, identifying opportunities to further the business' understanding of user behaviour, as well as evaluation of past performance and competitor analysis.
• You’ll lead a team of Digital Analysts in delivering projects, supporting & developing individuals in the process.

What you'll have:

• You’ll be able to deliver detailed analysis to senior stakeholders.
• You’ll be an experienced user of Digital data, able to interpret & visualise data to tell a story.
• You’ll have experience driving collaboration, motivating others to deliver to a high standard
• You’ll have experience mentoring junior colleagues.
