Job summary

OneFifty Consultancy is seeking a Consultant to lead and grow client relationships, while supporting marketing and business development. You’ll drive data-led analysis of social and digital media to shape campaigns and strategic directions.

You’ll manage multiple projects, brief and guide teams, and ensure delivery excellence with a fast-paced, collaborative approach. This role offers opportunities to advance leadership across client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Driving excellence across clients with high-quality consultancy plans and approaches.
• Supporting junior team members to develop consultancy skills.
• Managing client account teams for efficient delivery and clear roles.
• Driving planning and direction on client accounts.
• Leading client communications for successful account runs.
• Ensuring work is informed by data and behaviours.
• Advising clients with strategic, data-informed direction on briefs and deliverables.
• Connecting organic content, influencers, paid media, and asset creation for campaigns.
• Identifying and securing growth opportunities within clients.
• Supporting new business development (e.g., pitches).
• Supporting operational areas to grow the business.
