Fifty5Blue in London is recruiting a Business Development Consultant to identify new commercial opportunities and drive growth through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach. You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, collaborate with Marketing on MQLs, and manage the sales cycle from lead to close.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional environment, preferably within media or consulting.
• Genuine interest in media, advertising and data landscape.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• People person who builds relationships virtually and in person.
• Confident using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Consultative client approach with strong listening and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities through targeted desk research and market mapping.
• Lead outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn and sales tools.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to create and accelerate new business.
• Partner with Marketing to manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Ensure timely follow-up and progression of leads through the pipeline.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the deal process through to close.
