Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking a digital product lead to own the day-to-day management of our Customer Portal and drive improvements to customer journeys. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into working solutions, manage releases and continuously improve processes.

A strong CRM background and data-driven approach are essential. We offer a permanent contract with hybrid working options (home or hubs), 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, and robust wellbeing benefits

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital products, platforms or customer-facing systems.
• Strong understanding of digital delivery and continuous improvement.
• Experience using insight, data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
