Gravity Global in London is seeking a Lead Digital Designer to join the UX & Design team. This senior, hands-on role leads the design of large-scale websites, digital platforms and other complex digital experiences from brief through to launch.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead design for large digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design leadership.
• Experience translating brand identities into digital experiences.
• Proficient in Figma with components, variants and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital design direction for websites and platforms.
• Translate objectives and requirements into clear design directions.
• Create visuals, responsive layouts, prototypes and design docs in Figma.
• Present work to clients and senior stakeholders and manage feedback.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and libraries.
• Collaborate with UX, strategy, content, dev, SEO and QA teams.
• Support design handover and maintain design intent through build.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to pitches and proposals.
