Job summary

OHO Group is building an ambitious deeptech business and is hiring a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to own platform engineering, security infrastructure and developer experience. You will be the first dedicated DevSecOps hire, shaping the function from the ground up and making key architectural decisions to enable fast scaling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevSecOps, platform engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infra and Terraform/IaC tooling experience.
• Scripting in Python, Go or Bash.
• Experience implementing security controls and supporting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the internal developer platform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build standardized deployment workflows with security and observability.
• Drive Kubernetes, IaC and GitOps practices.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and self-hosted GitLab ecosystem.
• Embed automated security tooling and support compliance frameworks.
