Job summary

GE Vernova in Rugby seeks an experienced engineer to lead the mechanical design of steam turbines, making key decisions on materials, processes, and assembly methods.

You will create and maintain 3D models in CATIA V5 or NX and provide on-site support during manufacturing, installation, and outages to ensure reliability across the installed fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with significant relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in steam turbine mechanical design or other large rotating equipment.
• Strong knowledge of modern CAD and PLM systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally and internationally and provide on-site support during manufacturing, installation, and outages.
