Job summary

As a lead design engineer with a recognized design approval signatory capacity, you will mentor the engineering team, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver fully

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and approve design solutions for Major/Minor Design Modifications and Design Query Notes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team; identify skill gaps and close them.
• Ensure design standards are met and fully integrate with other functions and projects.
• Operate as a design approval signatory and reviewer.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost team efficiency and capability.
• Foster strong relationships with CVE, Chief Engineer, Configuration Management and Local Programmes Team for approved aircraft configurations.
