Job summary

MBR Dental is seeking a Lead Dental Nurse for a private practice in Southampton, Hampshire. You will chair and mentor the nursing team, ensure infection control and day‑to‑day operations, and support the Practice Manager with rotas and stock management.

The role is permanent, full‑time at 42.5 hours per week, with Monday to Friday 8:00 am–5:30 pm. Salary ranges £37,000–£38,000 per year, with monthly pay and funded CPD, DBS and indemnity fees.

Qualifications

• GDC registration and DBS clearance required.
• Minimum two years' UK dental nursing experience.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Dentally software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance and patient care.
