Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our UK Creative Services team. You’ll oversee smaller creative projects from briefing to delivery and support senior PMs on larger campaigns and activations.

You’ll ensure briefs are well organised, timelines are understood and high-quality work is delivered on time and within scope. You’ll work closely with creative, design, production and account teams, coordinating workflows and maintaining project plans with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing creative or design briefs from briefing to delivery.
• Experience in a creative agency.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating with creative or design teams on briefs.
• Understanding of project finances, estimating and scoping.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs with quick turnarounds.
• Remain calm and personable under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Organised and methodical in approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of smaller projects from briefing to delivery.
• Support senior project managers on larger campaigns and activations.
• Create and maintain project plans, scopes of work, resource bookings and project documentation.
• Coordinate daily workflows between creative, design, production and account teams.
• Support project scoping, estimating and financial tracking for your projects.
• Identify and flag project risks, issues or dependencies and develop practical solutions.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, creative reviews and updates, capturing actions.
• Build strong working relationships across Creative Services and the wider agency.
