Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Lead, Data Validation Specialist to oversee a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data during new client onboarding. You will manage daily workflows, drive consistency across projects, and serve as the main liaison between Data Validations and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a data-oriented field
• 3+ years of experience in data validation or related field
• 1+ year of people leadership or team coordination experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high accuracy in large data environments
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team guidance
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), internal tools, and web-based platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, supporting career development and performance feedback
• Manage a team's work allocation, prioritization, and execution for on-time, high-quality delivery
• Review and audit data validation projects for adherence to standards
• Drive process improvements to increase data occurrence, reduce turnaround time, and scalability
• Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and SOPs for data validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on client success
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations
