Job summary

Addepar is seeking an ADM Solutions Consultant to guide onboarding of the Alternatives Data Management platform for our clients. You will lead project management, design solutions, and ensure the ADM solution integrates with existing Addepar configurations.

The role requires 2–3+ years in finance, technology, or consulting, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams including Data, Product, Client Management and Sales.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years professional experience in finance, technology, project management and/or consulting.
• Solution-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement ADM for Addepar clients, leading project management, design and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prioritize and context-switch to lead simultaneous projects through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
• Engage with clients in a proactive, consultative and professional manner.
