Job summary

Addepar is seeking a seasoned leader to own and scale our market data operations in the UK, driving end-to-end data integrity across pricing and reference feeds. The role requires building a Centre of Excellence, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring rigorous compliance with licensing terms.

You will champion data access governance, audit readiness, and vendor-side coordination while transforming the function to balance technical rigor with business agility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial data operations and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of market data feeds, licensing, and data observability.

Responsibilities

• Design roadmap for Market Data operations and build a high-performing team.
• Mentor team on licensing frameworks and data management practices.
• Own end-to-end data access and ensure compliance with vendor terms.
• Audit data usage and ensure alignment with contractual clauses.
• Oversee daily market data pipelines and ensure timely delivery of pricing data.
• Verify data quality of FX rates and corporate actions and resolve issues.
