Job summary

Fospha is a data science focused measurement platform powering ecommerce marketing decisions. We are expanding our Data Science team in London and seek a Data Scientist who will own production projects and talk to clients as the modelling expert.

You will work across attribution, MMM, incrementality testing, and brand impact, building scalable models and automation while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to methodological rigor.

Qualifications

• Solid commercial data science experience with a track record of shipping models into production.
• Strong ML knowledge across multiple algorithm families and the judgment to pick the right approach.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with ability to lead production-level code.
• Ability to debug and resolve issues independently across unfamiliar repositories, using AI tools to assist.
• Strong AI fluency; able to build automation and validate AI-assisted outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead larger production projects end to end, scoping, building, and shipping production-grade code.
• Choose modelling approaches across attribution, MMM, incrementality, and brand impact.
