Job summary

Fospha is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Data Science team in London. Fospha builds marketing measurement products for ecommerce brands—attribution, marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, and brand impact measurement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial data science experience and track record of shipping models into production.
• Ability to ship models into production and lead production-level projects.
• Strong Python and SQL with production-ready code.
• Independent debugging and issue resolution across repositories.
• AI fluency: use AI to accelerate work while ensuring quality.
• Confident, independent client/stakeholder communication as the technical authority.
• Emerging mentorship and initiative in planning work.
• Attention to detail in modelling outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead larger production projects end to end, scoping, building and shipping production-grade code.
• Choose the modelling approach across attribution, MMM, incrementality testing, and brand impact.
• Resolve bugs and queries independently, including in unfamiliar codebases.
• Use AI to accelerate delivery and build automation workflows.
• Work with QA tooling and flag gaps rather than workaround.
• Communicate as modelling expert to clients and colleagues.
• Mentor junior team members and break down tickets for others.
