Wise is a global technology company redefining how money moves online, and this role sits on the Receive team in London. You will lead the development and deployment of machine learning models to improve product performance across Wise markets, working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data science solutions.

You will analyze large datasets, design experiments, and build robust data pipelines to support production-grade modelling while staying current with fraud

Formación

• Experience deploying models from scratch including preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, evaluation and monitoring.
• Proficient in Python and able to justify design decisions in code.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on services and with large datasets.
• Familiarity with anomaly detection and real-time data analysis.
• Strong communication and product mindset for cross-functional work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and deployment of ML models to improve Receive product performance.
• Analyze large volumes of customer, transaction and product data to identify trends and risks.
• Design experiments to evaluate product changes and decision systems.
• Build scalable modelling approaches for better prioritisation and risk management.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, engineers, operations and risk teams.
