Job summary

TodayTix Group is seeking a Lead Data Engineer in Greater London to own and scale the data platform. You will oversee the dbt project, CI/CD, and Snowflake infrastructure, partnering with product, growth, finance, and CX to model new data sources cleanly and efficiently.

You will drive architecture and cross-functional leadership, balancing hands-on modelling with strategic direction as TTG expands its portfolio and AI tooling footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data engineering experience with team leadership.
• Deep SQL and dbt proficiency; production dbt project experience.
• Hands-on Snowflake or comparable warehouse; scalable data platforms.
• Strong architecture sense and ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform end-to-end: dbt project, CI/CD, Snowflake infra.
• Design onboarding of new data sources as TTG scales.
• Partner with product, growth, finance, CX to model new sources cleanly.
• Prioritize a high-demand roadmap; manage trade-offs and deadlines.
• Protect data quality with tests, contracts, and CI checks.
• Lead and grow the team; drive AI integration for data tooling.
