National Grid is hiring a Lead Data Analyst - This position is based from our Warwick office however we offer flexible hybrid working options.
Join us as a Lead Data Insight Analyst and be at the forefront of transforming data into powerful insights that drive strategic decision-making! Reporting to the Head of Data Engineering & Insight, you will spearhead our analytical capabilities, delivering high-quality, actionable insights that empower our organisation to thrive.
In this dynamic role, you will provide technical leadership within the data insights function, championing best practices in analytics, visualisation, and data storytelling. As a subject matter expert, you will mentor and guide a team of insight analysts, collaborating closely with data engineers, data scientists, and key business stakeholders to turn raw data into meaningful narratives.
Your influence will be pivotal in defining analytical standards and enhancing reporting efficiency, all while fostering a vibrant data-driven culture across the organisation. You will not only engage in hands-on analytical work but also shape our strategic approach to self-service analytics, data democratisation, and advanced reporting solutions.

A competitive salary between £70,00 - £90,000 dependent on capability
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 30% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
