Job summary

Radius leads a data-driven global organisation from its Crewe campus, owning and evolving scalable data platforms. You’ll design, build, and optimise data solutions while mentoring a growing team and shaping our data strategy. This is a hands-on technical leadership role blending architecture with team growth.

Based at Radius Campus HQ in Crewe, you’ll influence data governance and security, partner with stakeholders, and drive AI/ML-ready data capabilities across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Engineer in complex environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in modern data engineering tools across cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT, data architecture, and data quality frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to shape solutions from ambiguity.
• Curiosity and a passion for turning data into meaningful business value.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering complex data pipelines and data models at scale.
• Guiding technical direction across data engineering projects.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business needs into impactful data solutions.
• Driving development of our data platform, including AI/ML-ready architecture.
