Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to own and evolve a cloud-based data platform in support of analytics, AI and ML initiatives. This senior role offers end-to-end ownership, with opportunities to build and lead a dedicated Data Engineering function as the business scales.

The position is fully remote within the UK, with autonomy and strong strategic impact. You'll work with product, engineering and leadership teams to shape data governance, pipelines and data products that

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and operating production-grade data platforms.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling expertise.
• Hands-on AWS experience in modern cloud environments.
• Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data governance.
• Ability to influence technical direction and drive best practice.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building and maintaining scalable cloud-based data platforms.
• Developing robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data services.
• Creating trusted analytical datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Building APIs and data products for enterprise clients.
• Supporting ML/AI initiatives through high-quality data engineering.
