Zusammenfassung

FRP Advisory Group is seeking a lead Data Engineer to drive the enterprise data platform using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and modern data engineering practices. You will work alongside the Data & Analytics Lead to set priorities, steer architecture and deliver reliable data solutions across the business.

You will guide data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI reporting while collaborating with stakeholders and other technical teams.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with Kimball dimensional modelling and dbt transformations.
• Proficient in SQL and handling complex data structures.
• Experience building/maintaining enterprise data warehouses or analytics platforms.
• Experience developing reliable ETL/ELT processes in Medallion architecture.
• Practical knowledge of data quality, testing, monitoring and operational support.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the data team, including Data Engineering, with clear priorities.
• Guide technical work across reporting, data modelling, integration and engineering.
• Design and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models and data models.
• Set Power BI standards for architecture, governance, deployment and reuse.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Build reliable data pipelines connecting source systems, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Maintain data quality, security, performance, documentation and support.
• Train colleagues to contribute to Power BI work.
• Track the Microsoft Fabric roadmap and suggest relevant features.
