Job summary

Data Idols is seeking a Lead Data Analyst in London with a strong hands-on background to shape analytics and AI solutions across Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI. You will lead the design of scalable data architectures and collaborate with analytics teams and stakeholders to deliver value at scale.

The role combines technical delivery with strategic direction, enabling governance, security, and reusable patterns across analytics platforms while staying close to latest AI-enabled analytics

Qualifications

• Excellent SQL skills.
• Strong experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
• Knowledge of dimensional modelling and semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable analytics solutions for enterprise-scale needs.
• Partner with analytics teams, data engineers, platform engineers and stakeholders to shape data architectures.
• Establish reusable analytics standards, best practices, and patterns.
• Deliver hands-on analytics work while guiding solution design and delivery at scale.
