Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead dApps Developer for a strategic role in Randburg, Gauteng. You will architect, develop, and deploy sophisticated decentralized applications across multiple blockchains.

You will lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and drive the technical roadmap. Strong Solidity expertise and frontend experience with modern web3 stacks are essential. This is a high-impact leadership position in a dynamic Web3 environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years software development with 4+ years blockchain/dApp focus.
• Expert Solidity and smart contract frameworks (Hardhat/Truffle).
• Strong frontend skills with React/Vue/Angular and web3 libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex dApps across networks.
• Architect scalable, secure dApp solutions with robust performance.
• Write high-quality, well-documented smart contracts (Solidity).
• Develop frontend interfaces and integrate with contracts/backend services.
