Job summary

RGB Network is seeking an experienced HVAC/Heat Pump Engineer for a permanent static-site role at Canary Wharf. You will own and service multiple Daikin Altherma heat pump systems, performing planned maintenance, fault finding, and system optimisation to ensure performance and reliability.

The role requires strong HVAC/refrigeration experience, independent plant management, and the ability to liaise with manufacturers and contractors. Excellent career development and a pension are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, heating or heat pump maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and servicing on Daikin Altherma heat pump systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls faults.
• Investigate system alarms and performance issues.
• Monitor plant performance and identify potential issues proactively.
• Inspect and maintain pumps, valves, heat exchangers and expansion vessels.
