Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Lead Low Code Engineer (Consultant) to manage teams and develop high quality Low Code solutions that delight customers and transform user experiences. This fast-paced role emphasizes sound technical decisions and team mentorship.

You will coach a small team, drive performance, and collaborate with customers while solving complex problems using Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, and Pro Code extensions where needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications, including Low Code solutions and appropriate Pro Code extensions or integrations where required.
• Technical ownership for a Low Code project, including architecture, estimation, product planning and user story/requirement creation
• Experience with latest CI/CD techniques
• Ability to balance technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
• Expertise in Low Code software design and development across all layers of a solution
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform (5+ years), including Dataverse and model-driven app development
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings
