Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer to manage and deliver high-quality D365 CE solutions. You will lead a team, engage with customers to shape requirements, and provide technical direction across projects.

In this role you will stay current with technologies, mentor colleagues, and drive excellence in software development and delivery within a collaborative, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Designing, building, testing, and maintaining D365 CE solutions.
• Experience delivering Dynamics CE/Sales/Marketing/Field Service.
• Technical management of small teams with performance coaching.
• Ownership of Low Code projects including architecture and planning.
• Balancing technical decisions with user needs and business constraints.
• Proficiency in Low Code across all layers of a solution.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small delivery team to build D365 CE solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to shape requirements and deliver high quality software.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to the team.
