As a Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer (Consultant), you will manage a small team, direct architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality Dynamics CE solutions that delight users.

You’ll mentor colleagues, engage with customers, and continuously learn new technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications including D365 CE solutions
• Experience developing Dynamics CE/Sales/Marketing/Field Service Solutions
• Technical management of teams building and testing modern, scalable, secure, performant applications
• Experience of technical ownership for a Low Code project, including architecture, estimation, product planning and user story/requirement creation
• Experience balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
• Expertise in Low Code concepts and products across all layers of a solution
• Experience with the latest CI/CD techniques
• Expertise in Low Code and at least one of: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure including SaaS and PaaS offerings

• Provide direction and mentorship to engineers and drive technical excellence
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
