Job summary

Synechron seeks a Lead Cybersecurity Analytics Engineer to join the CSA Platform & Data Engineering Team and drive critical analytics requirements for the cybersecurity data lake and analytics platform.

The role is mid-senior, hands-on and requires data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering expertise. Strong knowledge of Azure services and real-time analytics will be valued, with room to grow across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/Data Science or related field.
• Experience with Python/Java/C# or similar languages.
• Demonstrated learning mindset and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Ingestion and provisioning of raw datasets, enriched tables, and curated data assets for Cybersecurity use cases.
• Improve reliability and frequency of data ingestion, including real-time coverage.
• Support and enhance data ingestion infrastructure and pipelines.
• Design and implement data pipelines collecting data from disparate sources to our data platform.
• Develop ETL workflows, transforming data throughout data flows for downstream systems.
• Identify data sources, onboarding using existing schemas and define new schemas as needed.
