Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to lead the implementation and governance of our security program across engineering systems and operations. You will act as the technical authority on security infrastructure, drive incident response, audits, and risk-based improvements in line with Renault Group standards, helping to protect critical racing data and IP.

The role emphasizes rapid response and clear communication with both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in security engineering and incident response.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with broad tooling knowledge.
• Ability to translate risks into clear business guidance and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, maintain and improve security controls and processes.
• Act as technical authority for security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
• Lead security incident response from detection to recovery and perform root-cause analysis.
• Mentor IT staff and uplift capabilities across the security domain.
• Coordinate audits and align with Renault Group security standards.
• Drive security roadmap and risk register with IT and executives.
