Job summary

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to lead and evolve the team’s cyber security strategy. You will be the technical authority for security, ensuring resilient systems, rapid incident response, and alignment with Renault Group standards.

You will provide expert leadership across security platforms, driving continuous improvement, incident response, and stakeholder mentoring while coordinating with Renault CISO teams across groups.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure operations, or similar high-demand environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, diligent approach with a passion for security best practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and continuously improve technical and procedural controls supporting the organisation's cyber security posture.
• Act as technical authority for security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection and vulnerability management.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and tuning of security systems for ongoing resilience.
• Lead security incident response from detection to containment and recovery, with root-cause and lessons learned analysis.
• Mentor IT team members to uplift cyber security capability and secure practices.
