Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What we look for:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of having genuine conversations with consideration and care.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards in food, health, and safety.
  • Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop team members.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
