• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a caring approach, ensuring your team feels supported.
• Experience maintaining high standards of food safety and health standards.

• Ability to build a coaching culture, focusing on personal and professional growth.
