Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards and your team equipped with necessary skills and mindset.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, safety standards, and understanding financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with the head chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions.
