We’re looking for a Lead Credit Risk Analyst to join our high-performing team supporting Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) initiatives across HSBC, M&S bank and first direct. As a Lead Credit Risk Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-led decisions and strategy design for unsecured retail portfolios. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you’ll have ownership over analytical initiatives and portfolio projects that shape how we lend, manage risk, and improve customer outcomes.
This is a high-impact role offering variety and challenge, with the opportunity to influence strategic direction across credit lifecycle decisions, including acquisitions, account management, and customers in financial difficulty.
