HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an experienced Lead Credit Risk Analyst to join our team in designated UK offices including Birmingham. The role focuses on Secured Buy to Let lending analytics, policy development and maintaining robust control environments.

You will scope analytics, deliver insights for portfolio strategies, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with offshore analytics teams to drive strong customer outcomes.

Competenze

• Proven credit and analytical experience in Buy to Let lending in a analytics, portfolio or strategy role within a financial services or data-driven organisation.
• Knowledge and experience of the Buy to Let market and range of landlord lending needs.
• Excellent knowledge of the credit life cycle.
• Track record of delivering complex projects within a team, delivering results on time and on budget and managing own time effectively.

Mansioni

• Lead, develop and monitor Secured Buy to Let lending strategies and policies utilising data and analytical techniques, ensuring compliance with regulation and internal policy and driving good customer outcomes
• Scope and carry out regular and ad-hoc analytics and reporting on Secured Buy to Let lending and portfolio to extract meaningful insight, conclusions and actions
• Deploy and ensure a robust control environment
• Prioritise planned projects and tasks, whilst effectively managing and challenging requests for unplanned or ad-hoc work
• Be accountable for the integrity and accuracy of delivered results
• Positively contribute to the vision and strategy of the department, working with the management group and being a role model for junior colleagues
• Support, coach and upskill more junior colleagues in the team
• Influence, develop and maintain a productive relationship with wider teams and stakeholders including our the offshore analytics team
