Job summary

Allstaff in Leicester is seeking a Team Leader/Conveyancer for a full-time, permanent role. You will lead the conveyancing team and manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling a full conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong background in property law with excellent technical knowledge.
• Experience leading or supervising a team within a conveyancing department.
• Exceptional client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Conveyancing team.
• Handle a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Oversee new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor team workloads and progress to ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
• Contribute to departmental growth through networking, marketing, and developing new business opportunities.
