Job summary

Evolito Ltd is seeking a Controller Lead Engineer to drive the delivery of Motor Control Units for high‑voltage electric propulsion applications. You will coordinate Electronics, Embedded Software and Mechanical Engineering teams to meet technical, quality and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics engineering, software engineering, physics or a related discipline.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive or other safety-critical engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of motor control units, embedded control systems and hardware architectures.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities across electronics, embedded software and mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with modelling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Motor Control Units for customer programmes to meet objectives.
• Represent the MCU team to internal stakeholders, programme leadership and customers.
• Maintain an integrated view of controller development across disciplines.
• Coordinate delivery priorities and track progress.
• Review simulations, test data and engineering evidence to assess maturity and risks.
• Prepare technical reports and customer‑facing documentation.
• Coordinate integration, verification and validation activities across disciplines.
• Ensure evidence supports design reviews and release decisions.
