Evolito is seeking a Controller Lead Engineer to drive the delivery of Motor Control Units for high‑voltage electric propulsion applications. You will coordinate Electronics, Embedded Software and Mechanical Engineering activities to meet technical, quality, cost and schedule objectives in a fast‑growing aerospace environment.

You will represent the controller unit to stakeholders, monitor progress, review data, and communicate risks with actionable mitigation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electronics engineering, software engineering, physics or a related discipline.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive or other safety-critical engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of motor control units, embedded control systems and electronic hardware architectures.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities across electronics, embedded software and mechanical engineering.
• Ability to review technical requirements, analyses, simulations and test data critically.
• Experience using modelling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
• Understanding of product verification, qualification and environmental testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of Motor Control Units for customer programmes, ensuring delivery to technical, quality, cost and schedule objectives.
• Represent the motor control unit to internal stakeholders, programme leadership and customers.
• Coordinate controller development across Electronics, Embedded Software and Mechanical Engineering.
• Establish controller-level priorities and manage cross-disciplinary delivery activities.
• Review simulation results, test data and engineering evidence to assess maturity and programme impact.
• Prepare technical reports and customer-facing documentation.
• Coordinate controller integration, verification and validation activities across disciplines.
